SHIPPING

All EU orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period. This means we will process and fulfill your order within 3-5 days before shipping it out. Depending on your location, additional transit time may apply. The average overall delivery time is one week.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@rauence.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.

  • Customers must follow the return instructions provided.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving your refund.

We have a two-week return policy. If you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES CAUSED BY THE CARRIER.

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as this information is entered directly by the customer during checkout.

If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer must contact us via email regarding their order.
  • Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
  • Refunds will exclude the shipping fee (typically between $6 and $8), which is non-refundable.
